2019’s theme is suicide prevention
A message from the Mental Health Foundation “Our message on suicide prevention this World Mental Health Day is one of hope. Hope is like oxygen for our mental health. It is a vital ingredient in supporting people to hold on. By reading this blog you are signalling your willingness to be an agent of hope… “
Also, suicide figures has risen in 2018, especially in young people and men. We all should chip in and be more understanding of those with mental health issues as well as being more supportive.
